By placing an order through the CCGA Online Store, you agree to the following terms.

Orders & Payment

All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Please review your order carefully, including product, size, quantity, and other selections, before completing checkout.

CCGA reserves the right to cancel or refund an order if an item becomes unavailable or if an error occurs with product availability or pricing.

Club Pickup

All CCGA merchandise is pickup only at the club. Shipping and delivery are not available.

You will receive notification when your order is ready for pickup. Please wait until you receive this notification before coming to the club to collect your order.

Final Sale

All CCGA apparel, gear, and merchandise purchases are final sale. Returns, exchanges, and refunds are not available.

Please carefully review sizing and product information before placing your order.

If there is a concern with your order, including an incorrect or defective item, please email the club directly so the issue can be reviewed.

Product Availability & Appearance

Products are subject to availability. Colours, placement, and appearance may vary slightly from product images due to differences in screens, garment production, printing, and product availability.

Order Processing

CCGA merchandise may be produced or prepared after an order is placed. Processing times may vary depending on the product and order volume.

Customers will be notified when their order is ready for pickup.

The CCGA Online Store is provided for the purchase of authorized CCGA merchandise. Customers agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Changes or Cancellations

Because merchandise may be ordered or produced specifically to fulfill customer orders, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has been submitted.
